Kakhuri is carafted using traditional Georgian methods from the Rkatsiteli, a varyety native of Georgia. It is best served with boiled meat, sea food, cheese and tarragon. Kakhuri inspires camaraderie and friendship with no hang over. Best tried at a mean temperature of 14-16 degrees C۫.
